In order for us to expedite your order you need to give us your daytime and evening phone numbers at the time you place your order. If you are on a tight deadline and looking for quick turnaround, it is also a good idea to give us the name and phone number of someone else who can speak knowledgeably, answer questions, and make decisions about you job.
We do not proof jobs! By the time the job goes to the press, all edits should be final, the copy carefully proof read, and design issues settled. When you go to press, make sure the copy has been pre approved. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFING ANY SUBMITTED JOBS.
If your job is color critical, you MUST ORDER A COLOR PROOF at the time of your order. If a color proof is not ordered we are not responsible for any color variations from your monitor to our presses. We cannot stress this enough, color variations will occur, if you need to attain perfect color on your job it can only be achieved by a color proof.
Yes. Please make sure you contact us to arrange your shipping in order for us to get you your job on time. If you do not make prior shipping arrangements your job will be placed on hold at our pick up facility.
Due to the nature of the 24 hour turnaround, we process jobs as soon as they are received. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must call and speak to a Revolution Flyers representative. If we can catch the job before it goes to print, we will be more than happy to cancel it, but if the job is already plated and scheduled for production, you are responsible for full payment.
A print tag is a line of type which we add to the bottom edge of your final artwork that reads: "PRINT: REVOLUTIONWEB.COM@954-780-3711" in a 5 point type. "Tagging" is one of the only reasons we are able to maintain such incredibly low prices. All jobs with the exception of Business cards are tagged unless other wise requested by the client. Any request to remove the tag will be subject to a $25.00 fee per 5,000.
